Unfortunately, I live in the US and Ecco isn't going to be here for some time. So, I am anxious to hear any impressions someone would like to give me. I would go to game sites like IGNDC, but they don't actually care in my opinion. If it takes up to much room on the board, you may mail them to me at pricyber@aol.com if you would. Thanks :) | ||

I will probally have a copy of the game in a few weeks I will be posting my impression then. In the meanwhile anybody who has the game please post youe impressions on the board (a lot of other people would probally be interested in reading them as well) |

I had never played ecco before and never liked underwater levels in games, so I was expecting much. However, I have been converted, it's slow moving, but like no other adventure game around it really is a true adventure (not just shooting things, jumping on platforms & collecting stars), It's also much more challenging. Oh and did I mention the graphics will have your jaw on the floor, and you will want to finish it. I'd imagine that it's not everyones cup of tea,(I didn't like it straight a way), but give it a few hours to sink in and you'll soon realise it's the most rewarding game on the dreamcast. I have enjoyed playing a game like this for months. Except for Chu Chu Rocket, (P.S. Did I mention that us English were all given free copies of Chu Chu Rocket by Sega!) |

Well, Im a true fan of the previous Ecco games and I´ve played DoTF for about a week and can tell you this: Ecco DoTF is the best Dreamcast-game to date, together with Code Veronica. DoTF is beautiful, incredible, playable and wonderful! Six years waiting for a new Ecco game never felt this good:) Defend the future, buy now! Olof/Defender of the future |

Okay so maybe i went a little bit overboard. But atleast i didnt go stupid like Arkonvi-LOzeR who always seems to try to get to my good side. Theres a difference between humor and stupidity |
