I highly suggest for all who enjoyed Ecco music (both Genesis and CD versions) this album: The Dig soundtrack - by Michael Land http://www.gamingforce.com/audio/thedig.shtml read this first to download files wihtout problems: http://www.gamingforce.com/audio/idrive.shtml. Play the game as well (Lucas Arts adveture game by Steven Spielberg - impressive, huh?). Sure u will love it. Though it's some kinda rare piece now. SOundtrack, for sure. To check if u want whole album - listen to these tracks. 1. River Canyon 2. Ghosts I also recommend William Orbit - Pieces in a Modern Style. Moody stuff. Find mp3's urself. Cuz i own CD. Only well known version 'Adagio for Strings' is remix, orginal differs as well as whole album. And one more track. When u'll listen middle part (0:58)- u'll piss ur pants (sorry, but it is that AWESOME). Track is from Outcast Game. I suggest u to wait for DVD release this fall if u haven't played it yet. Music is performed by Moscow Symphonic Orchestra. Cool, that's where i'm from - Russia. Music's like from Episode 1. By the way - Ecco in Underwater City of Episode 1, i can see it. Williams did good score part under water. ftp://ftp.infogrames.net/mp3/outcast-thegame/octrack7.mp3 (can't remember where I get 128 Kbps, but this one is 96 Kbps from Official Outcast game site) And last one - from mentioned Virtual Ocean. Good music, though could be better. Find out what u r going to listen to this fall. http://www.andnow.net/viro/music/VirtualO.mp3 | ||

Wow, thanks for all these cool links. I have lots of downloads to do now. I can remember The Dig sountrack, i was trying to rip it from the game with lots of ripper programs and with coolpro and awave too, but at last was not possible. Thanks! |
