I'm on the final level. I know what you are supposed to do. Sonar the jellyfish into the heart. And best to stay underneath the side vents that shoot out the jellyfish. However, the 'sludge' keeps on rising, and I just can't seem to shoot enough jellyfish at the heart before it gets too high. Besides, after a certain height, the rising sludge causes the camera angle to change to above, and makes it even more tricky. Has anyone here actually managed to complete this level? If so, any advice please! Ecco-great game - fiendishly difficult. Would have given up long ago if not for the walkthrough, but even when you know what to do, it's still fun trying to do it.... (just my opinion) | ||

you need to charge into the heart after the jellyfish hit it (before it starts moving again) |

I found it best to sit just to the right or left of one of the vents and turn and face the foe. It can be tricky getting yourself to stop just there but a few tries and you'll get the hang of it. Wait until the jellyfish are close to the heart then shoot your sonar. Straight afterward charge. Then quickly return to the position and repeat. Make sure to let the Jelly fish do the work for you and wait until they are close. |
