I was wondering which levels in both the Ecco games for Genesis (I don't know the Dreamcast ones yet, but I will! I AM GOING to get a Dreamcast, man!) everyone here likes? Here are my faves and least faves: Ecco One, Genesis: Fave: Ridge Water Least Fave: ALL THOSE STUPID ICE LEVELS! ARGH! I WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THOSE!!! Ecco: The Tides Of Time, Genesis: Fave: Love 'em all but my least faves, Least Faves: Moray Abyss, all the vortex ship levels, like New Machene and that... I like Vortex Queen, though... | ||

Yeah, the Lagoon was hard to get out of. I liked it, though, and The Vents. The Undercaves drove me nuts. And that Octopus scared the c.r.a.p outta me! |

I've never played the MegaDrive (or Genesis, if you're American) versions of Ecco, but on the Dreamcast... My favourite is 'Hanging Waters', as I suspect everyone else's will be, and, My most hated is easily 'Sleeping Forces Of Doom'. That level is just stupid, and really, really dull... Mind you, it's nowhere near as bad as 'Dolphin World Championship', but that's just a pointless 'bonus', so it doesn't count... |

Sega Rulz! N64 SUcks! My favorite level in the tides of time would have to be The Dark Future, that was cool on Lunar Bay when those vortexiens grab you and take you there. THat RUlz!!! I agree with Graymalkin, Sleeping forces of doom Realy SUckED! I beat that game within three days and i dont see what that ~*PaRaDiSe*~ singer was complaining so much about. And that ending.... I guess its acceptible but id say the stuff in the game was more worth it. |

Now I feel ripped off because I didn't have a Genesis (or any other console) back then! AAAG! *throws something* Anyway, I got DOTF yesterday and I'll tell you something...it's good, but it's HARD. I have a stragegy guide and I've still been killed 15 million times! (OK, maybe I'm exaggerating just a touch). Of course, there's the slightest chance *said with heavy sarcasm* that could be because I misread the guide. Well, in spite of it, it's a GOOD game. The graphics are so good and Ecco is so lifelike it looks like a movie! (My dad walked into my room once and thought it was...HAHAHA) I would have to say my favourite level so far is the first...except for saving a baby blue whale (who for some reason, like all the other characters, doesn't run out of air when trapped below the surface, so you can leave that as long as you want), there's nothing you have to do, so you can just play fetch the fish or practise some tricks. |

By the way, out of curiosity... since I'm asking about faves, well... who was your favorite character to play as in Ecco Jr.? I THINK THAT GAME IS SO CUTE!!! I liked to use Kitnee (was that his name?) because he was so cute and his name rocked! |

My favourite character was Kitnee as well. |
